The White Plains High School girls varsity basketball team is headed off to the New York state Regional Championship Final Four. Fans and supporters bid them a farewell Thursday night. White Plains police and fire department showed their support, too. The girls took home a victory against Monroe Woodbury 51-29 at the state regional final playoff game at Yorktown High School last week. The team will now take on the competition in Troy starting with their semi-final game Friday night.
